Returns, complaints and guarantee

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. You're welcome to open the parcel and inspect the item, but the product packaging itself must be unopened for you to return it for a refund. You pay the return shipping when you use your right of withdrawal. Contact us first and we'll give you the correct return address.

Complaints

Is the product or packaging damaged, or is the seal broken? You have the right to make a complaint and choose a replacement, store credit or a full refund. Contact us and we'll sort it out. You don't pay return shipping on a complaint, and if we need the product back, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

Feel the Difference — 30-day guarantee on the Body Bliss Magnesium Kit

On top of your right of withdrawal, the Body Bliss Magnesium Kit comes with its own guarantee. Take your time trying it. If it turns out the kit isn't for you, we refund what you paid for it.

  • The guarantee runs for 30 days from the day you receive the kit.
  • Shipping and the add-on footbath are not refunded.
  • The guarantee applies once per customer.
  • Email hello@naturalmagnesium.shop with your order number within the 30 days. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Allow up to 5 business days for the amount to show in your account.

Withdrawal form

If you want to cancel your purchase, you can use the form below, but you don't have to. An email to us clearly stating that you want to withdraw is enough.
