Shipping cost

The shipping cost depends on the weight and recipient country. The shipping is calculated at checkout before you arrive at the payment. If your order weighs more than 3kg, you can choose between downloading yourself at DHL Service Point or DHL home delivery.

We cannot currently deliver heavier orders to the rest of the EU.

Delivery countries

We deliver to all countries in the EU. We do not deliver to Norway, Åland and the United Kingdom at the moment.

Shipping method

We use Postnord for deliveries within Sweden and the EU. Packages weighing less than 2kg is sent as a goods letter. They are distributed in the mailbox, are placed outside the door or delivered to the nearest delivery point. Shipyards are only fully traceable within Sweden.

We send directly from our warehouse in Stockholm. Deliveries above 10kg within Stockholm can be delivered with bids by arrangement.

Delivery time

We process your order within 1-2 working days. Postnord takes a 1-2 weekdays to distribute letters or notify the delivery point.

You are announced via SMS and you also receive an email with a tracking link after we send your order.

Shopping letters, which are distributed to the nearest delivery point, are notified via SMS.

Unproved packages

Your package remains at the delivery point for 14 days. During this time, Postnord sends reminders via SMS (or letter). If you still do not pick up the package, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you for a credit but we will deduct a fee of SEK 150 for our administrative costs.

Returns, complaints and right of withdrawal

Mistakes happen and sometimes it gets wrong. Of course, you have the right to regret your purchase 14 days after you receive the item. You have the right to open the package to check the item but the packaging must be unbroken in order for you to return it to us. Contact us So we help you with return and refund. You pay for the return for the right of withdrawal yourself.

Is the product or packaging broken? Is the seal broken? Of course, you have the right to advertise the product and of course we will do everything we can to make you happy. Refunds are made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It can take up to 5 business days before the amount is visible in your account.
