How to use

150 g is enough for a foot bath and 250 g for a full bath (depending on the amount of water). For a more relaxing bath, use more salt. Dissolve the salt in warm water in a bathtub or foot bath. The water should be warm, but not hot, for best effect. The more salt you use, the stronger the exfoliating effect on the skin. If your skin turns red or itches, use less. For external use only. Close the jar tightly — otherwise the salt draws moisture from the air and forms hard lumps.

Underbar till fotbad

Hjälper verkligen trötta svullna fötter när man stått upp en hel dag. Jobbar som frisör och det känns i fötterna på kvällen. När jag gjort ett fotbad tar det bort svullnaden också till nästa dag. Annars vaknar jag lätt med både svullna fötter och underben.

Bästa badsaltet! Det finns inget skönare än att ta ett magnesiumbad. Känns som att det hjälper mot allt. Värken i axlarna lindras, är jag spänd så slappnar jag av, jag sover bättre, gubben blir snyggare, nä det var visst önsketänkande😂😂

Fullkomligt älskar det här badsaltet! Snåla inte för då får du inte samma resultat. Visst det beror på vad du vill uppnå men jag brukar dra i minst halva påsen i ett bad och hela påsen om jag har om jag har ont i kroppen och svårt att sova. Nej, det är inte det billigaste badsaltet men det är värt varenda spänn, tro mig.

En trist sak med att bli äldre (förutom gubbmagen) är att jag sover så dåligt. Därför måste jag säga att den här produkten verkligen har gjort skillnad för mig. Tar jag ett bad på kvällen så sover jag gott som en ungdom på natten utan kryp i kroppen. Det blir högsta betyg!
