2. Scope of Application

These terms of use apply to all purchases made on naturalmagnesium.shop. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms are always available on our website.

3. Products and Pricing

We sell Ancient Minerals products for skincare and wellness. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes and are valid at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Product images and descriptions are intended to provide the most accurate representation possible, but minor variations may occur.

4. Orders and Contracts

A purchase agreement is established when we confirm your order via email. The order confirmation contains important information about your order and serves as your receipt.

We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of:

  • Errors in product information or pricing
  • Suspected fraud
  • Out-of-stock products

5. Payment

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, which includes:

  • Klarna (invoice, installments, cards)
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Other payment methods available at checkout

Payment is due at the time of order. When paying via invoice or installments with Klarna, Klarna's terms and conditions apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to:
Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria

Delivery Times:

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery within Sweden: 1-2 business days after pickup
  • Delivery within EU: 3-7 business days after pickup

Shipping Costs:
Automatically calculated based on weight and destination.

We deliver to the address you provided during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct - we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses that you have provided.

Uncollected Packages:
Packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to us. We will charge 150 SEK for administrative costs before processing any refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Goods must be in original condition with unopened packaging
  • You may open the package to inspect the goods
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products where the seal has been broken for health and hygiene reasons.

8. Complaints and Defects

We are responsible for defects that existed at the time of delivery in accordance with consumer protection laws. In case of defects or damage:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We cover return shipping costs for defect products
  • We offer exchange, store credit, or refund

The right to complain applies for 3 years from the purchase date for hidden defects, and 2 years for obvious defects, provided you contact us within two months of discovering the defect.

9. Product Liability

Ancient Minerals products are natural mineral supplements for external use. Always read product information before use.

  • Use according to package instructions and our website guidelines
  • Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
  • Discontinue use if skin reaction occurs
  • Consult a physician if uncertain or if side effects occur
  • Keep out of reach of children

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR. You have the right to:

  • Receive information about what data we have
  • Request correction of incorrect data
  • Request deletion of data
  • Request limitation of data processing
  • Object to data processing

All content on naturalmagnesium.shop (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Content may not be used without our written permission.

Ancient Minerals is a registered trademark owned by Enviromedica.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, strikes, government decisions, or transportation issues.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages or consequential damages beyond what is required by mandatory law.

14. Disputes and Applicable Law

Swedish law applies to these terms and any disputes. As a consumer, you have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
