Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a legal right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You're welcome to open the package to inspect the item, but the product packaging itself must remain unopened/unbroken to be eligible for a return and full refund.

You are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal, but please contact us so we can provide you with the correct return address.

Claims & Issues

Is your item or package damaged? Is the seal broken? Not completely satisfied? You have the right to file a claim and choose between a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Just contact us and we'll take care of you.

You don't have to pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items. If we need the product sent back, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds
