How to use

How many pumps should I use?

Use 1–5 pumps per application depending on how much skin you're covering. You can use magnesium lotion as often as you like, as part of your skincare routine.

Where do I use the magnesium lotion?

Use it on your upper body, arms, legs and feet. Avoid the face and the thin, sensitive skin around the eyes and nose, where it can sting.

Is magnesium lotion suitable for children and during pregnancy?
