General Information

These purchase terms apply when you as a consumer place an order from the webshop naturalmagnesium.shop owned by the company Akvantum AB in Stockholm. An agreement between you and Akvantum regarding delivery of your ordered products is established when you receive a delivery confirmation. To shop on naturalmagnesium.shop you must be 18 years old, not be under guardianship, and otherwise have the capacity to enter into agreements. Payment Methods

Shopping on naturalmagnesium.shop is completely safe. We use the payment provider Klarna which offers card payment, direct payment through your bank, invoice, and installment payments. Please note that it is up to Klarna whether you are granted credit or not. If you have chosen Klarna as an option but the purchase does not go through, it may be because you have chosen a payment method where you have not been granted credit. Try again and select a different payment method. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay.

Prices and Currencies

Our prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK). VAT of 25% is always included in the price. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on recipient country, weight, and any additional service such as home delivery. We reserve the right for price adjustments (e.g., changed prices from our suppliers, currency changes, etc.), inventory changes, and any technical errors in the webshop, browser, or server.

VAT/Sales Tax

All prices include Swedish VAT which is 25% on skincare products and cosmetics.

Discounts

We have regular campaigns and also send out discount codes in connection with campaigns. To receive these, you sign up for our newsletter and indicate that you want to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe from all communication from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
